Boat Asset Management (B.A.M.)
Managing property and providing services to Boat Pattana’s customers in various fields comprising of four (4) core services as follows:
- 1. Quality Control (QC)
When a home is transferred to customer, there will be an after-sales service which providing home maintenance and repair services free of charge (during a 1-year home guarantee period) in accordance to the policies of Boat Development Co., Ltd. After the warranty period has expired, customer still can contact us for home maintenance and repairing services at minimal charge based on cost and a small administrative fee. Proposal with reasonable price will be given to customer for decision making and confirm before starting the process.
- 2. Clean, Garden & Pool Service
These services are an alternative to customers. The service fee shall be varied and based on the size area, condition of home and frequency on providing the services.
- 3. Security Service
Additional securities system has been applied in our projects same as in Hotel. We are different from other property developers to have a Night Duty Manager to work closely with outsource security company and patrol to all our projects at night to constantly monitoring the security guards. Customer can call our Night Duty Manager directly for an emergency. The mobile number of Night Duty Manager is mentioned on the signboard located in front of each project.Hotline service is also available for our valued customers to report a complaint, notify and consult in all aspects regarding their home.
